Klarifikasi tersebut digelar di ruang Kepala Dinas sebagai tindak lanjut atas permohonan mediasi perselisihan hubungan industrial yang telah diajukan sebelumnya.<\/p>\n\n<p>Rapat dipimpin oleh Kepala Bidang Pembinaan Hubungan Industrial dan Jaminan Sosial Tenaga Kerja, Miswanto, S.IP., dan berlangsung sejak pukul 10.30 WIB hingga 12.00 WIB. Agenda utama membahas perselisihan antara PC SPAI FSPMI Provinsi Lampung dengan manajemen PT Great Giant Pineapple (PG.4).<\/p>\n\n<p>Dalam forum tersebut, pihak pekerja menyampaikan bahwa upaya perundingan bipartit telah dilakukan sebanyak tiga kali, namun belum menghasilkan kesepakatan. Serikat pekerja menyoroti sejumlah persoalan mendasar, mulai dari kejelasan status hubungan kerja hingga mekanisme pemutusan hubungan kerja (PHK) yang dinilai belum memberikan kepastian hukum.<\/p>\n\n<p>Selain itu, pekerja juga mempersoalkan dugaan belum didaftarkannya seluruh pekerja dalam program BPJS Kesehatan dan BPJS Ketenagakerjaan. Dugaan pembayaran upah di bawah ketentuan upah minimum, tidak diberikannya salinan peraturan perusahaan, serta tidak dibayarkannya Tunjangan Hari Raya (THR) sesuai ketentuan yang berlaku turut menjadi pokok pembahasan dalam klarifikasi tersebut.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/s.shopee.co.id\/gKqpfGsZz\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-1555\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-1555 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/kabarnegeriplus.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/INERE-DRESS-GAMIS-MEWAH-ELEGAN-TERBARU-289x300.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"289\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/kabarnegeriplus.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/INERE-DRESS-GAMIS-MEWAH-ELEGAN-TERBARU-289x300.png 289w, https:\/\/kabarnegeriplus.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/INERE-DRESS-GAMIS-MEWAH-ELEGAN-TERBARU.png 423w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 289px) 100vw, 289px\" \/><\/a>Perwakilan pekerja menyatakan telah menyampaikan laporan indikasi dugaan pelanggaran norma kerja kepada Pengawas Ketenagakerjaan. Dalam rapat disebutkan bahwa pengawas telah mengeluarkan nota pertama sebagai bagian dari tahapan pengawasan sesuai prosedur yang berlaku.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n\n<p>Menanggapi hal tersebut, mediator dari Dinas menegaskan bahwa aspek pelanggaran norma kerja merupakan kewenangan Pengawas Ketenagakerjaan. Sementara itu, penyelesaian perselisihan hubungan industrial tetap harus menempuh mekanisme yang diatur dalam peraturan perundang-undangan, mulai dari bipartit, mediasi, hingga tahapan lanjutan apabila diperlukan.<\/p>\n\n<p>Di sisi lain, Ketua DPW FSPMI Lampung menegaskan bahwa organisasi tetap mengedepankan penyelesaian melalui musyawarah mufakat. Ia menyampaikan bahwa serikat pekerja membuka ruang dialog secara proporsional dan berharap perusahaan dapat menunjukkan itikad baik untuk menyelesaikan persoalan secara adil, transparan, dan sesuai hukum. Menurutnya, hubungan industrial yang sehat hanya dapat terwujud apabila hak pekerja terlindungi dan keberlangsungan usaha tetap terjaga secara seimbang.<\/p>\n\n<p>Ia juga menekankan bahwa kehadiran pihaknya dalam klarifikasi tersebut merupakan bagian dari komitmen untuk menempuh jalur konstitusional. FSPMI, tegasnya, akan tetap mengikuti seluruh tahapan penyelesaian sesuai regulasi, namun tetap memprioritaskan penyelesaian damai demi terciptanya stabilitas hubungan kerja di daerah.<\/p>\n\n<p>Rapat ditutup dengan penegasan bahwa seluruh hasil klarifikasi telah dituangkan dalam notulen resmi.
